Introduction
and scope :
In December 1998, the Aerospace Industry established the International
Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) with the purpose of achieving
significant
improvements in quality and reductions in cost throughout the value Stream.
The IAQG has decided in 2005 during its
dictionary/glossary in order to improve
communication between all members ot the Aerospace community regardless which
local
language they use .
The chapter 3 of this document contains quality terms used within the
International Aerospace community, their definitions (in English only)
and associated translations in 14 languages
covering all IAQG Sectors.
Chapter 4 gives a non-limitative list of acronyms and their
meaning.
